Spa Policies

In order to provide all guests with a relaxing spa experience, we kindly request guests to follow our spa policies and procedures.


A major credit card is required to hold your reservation for any spa services. In order to ensure you get the appointment you want and with the service provider that you request, we recommend that you reserve your appointment at least two weeks in advance. We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow you to change into a robe and relax. In the event that you are running late for your appointment, please notify the spa immediately and we will make every effort to accommodate you.


In the event that you need to cancel or change your reservation, we require a minimum of 24 hrs notice for individual services and 48 hrs for multiple treatments. Special requirements may apply to group bookings. 

You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
Less than 24 hour notice on Groupon services will lose their voucher.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving 24 hour notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and all clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Spa Treatments

Please inform your service provider of any medical conditions, prescription medications or treatments that you are undergoing or if you are pregnant. Contra-indications may exist with any of the above situations and may affect the outcome of your treatment.

Personal Property

Refresh is not responsible for the loss or damage to any personal property. We suggest that you leave any valuables at home. All valuables brought to the spa should be kept with you at all times.

Cell Phones

As a courtesy to all guests, we ask that all you turn off your cell phones while in the spa.


Gratuities are left to the discretion of our clients. We do add gratuities to credit card charges; instead, they may be left in either cash or check. For your convenience, envelopes are provided at the front desk.


Refresh does not offer refunds on retail products, spa services or gift certificates. Spa credit will be issued within 30 days of purchase accompanied by a receipt.


Refresh accepts Cash, Check, Visa, and Mastercard. Sales tax will be charged where applicable.
